Shapely and scrumptious! The Pastry Collection for Autumn/Winter 2010

01 September 2010 For Christmas, Christophe Michalak, Head Pastry Cook at the Plaza Athénée, has again drawn on the hotel’s heritage to take young and old on the road to mouth-watering delights!

Clarity and creativity. For autumn/winter 2010, Christophe Michalak, Head Pastry Chef at the Plaza Athénée, has created a collection of scrumptious pastries that first “took shape” in his imagination !
Only a few words are required to explain the “fil rouge” (of course! It’s the Plaza’s signature colour) of the collection available in the Galerie des Gobelins: 5 flavours – 5 backgrounds – 5 shapes.
 
So it’s back to products and origins for a collection that puts colour centre stage !
