California Massage
Fluid and slow massage that releases tension, resulting in complete relaxation.

Swedish Massage
An intense massage using a fragrant oil that increases oxygen flow in the blood and releases toxins from the muscles.

Thai Massage
A dry massage, without oil, this massage is a manipulation of the body using passive stretching and gentle pressure along energy lines that assists flexibility and relieves muscular and joint tension. It is not recommended for people with back problems or those who are afraid of stretching their joints.

Shiatsu
A 4000-year-old Oriental technique that originated from ancient China and was developed in Japan. Working from the head to the feet, following the direction of the body's blood flow, shiatsu is a massage technique in which the fingers (shi), palms and elbows of the masseur target pressure points (atsu) on the meridians or energy channels of the body, stimulating the body and resulting in a powerful sense of health and well-being.
