Tour Eiffel
Built in March 31, 1889, for the Universal Exhibition in celebration of the French Revolution, the Eiffel Tower, high of 324 m, was created by Gustave Eiffel.
With 2 million visitors the first year, the Eiffel Tower is a real crowd pleaser. At the crossroads of the entire world, more than 200 million visitors have come since its construction. It is not surprising when you consider the Eiffel Tower is the monument that best symbolizes Europe. It is also the one tourists prefer!

Musée du Quai Branly
A reference plateau will introduce the major geographic areas of Oceania, Asia, Africa and the Americas, with meeting points between Asia-Oceania, Indonesia and the Philippines, and the Machriq-Maghreb. Emphasis is put on the long history of the cultures presented, on the diverse meanings of the objects displayed, and on a number of significant themes (for example, masks and tapa cloths from Oceania, costumes from Asia, and musical instruments or textiles from Africa).

The museum will thus be a centre for the introduction to, and understanding of the works, objects and artefacts of peoples and civilizations. 55, quai Branly, 75007 Paris, www.quaibranly.fr
