Yves Saint Laurent by Pierre Boulat
It is late 1961. Yves Saint Laurent is preparing his fashion house’s first collection, to be unveiled a few weeks later in the rue Spontini. A photographer from Life magazine, Pierre Boulat, is immortalising the creation of the Haute Couture collection … and witnessing the birth of a myth. For both men, this was the beginning of an association that would last over thirty years.
