La Cour Jardin* – the courtyard restaurant of the Hotel Plaza Athénée – will dress its tables in the finest white linen and offer guests the freshest, sun-drenched cuisine under flame-red parasols. Opening seasonally in April, this year’s culinary experience will take guests around the Mediterranean where luxury and serenity are combined with delicious summer flavours.
Whilst keeping the essence of the menu Parisian, the restaurant will also offer each month a culinary speciality from such Mediterranean countries as Morocco, ‘Corsica’, Italy, Greece and Lebanon. Moroccan delicacies will be the second stop on the Cour Jardin’s taste trip with
stuffed sardines, méchouïa salad, black olives and argan oil and sea bream “à la chermoula”, coriander/garlic/peppers, simila flower.
These Mediterranean flavoured dishes can be served with the cocktail Champagne d'Orient for Maroc - fresh mint, cinnamon, champagne & green tea- or a selection of fitting wines by the courtyard’s sommelier.
La Cour Jardin is a secret garden in the centre of Paris. Nestled in the heart of the palatial Plaza Athénée and adorned by its signature red geraniums and parasols and trickling fountains, La Cour Jardin sparkles.
